Project "Human Professional®"

This database protected web application is designed to help personnel developers in bigger enterprises. It helps with planning trainings, administrating seminars and defining the employees’ needs for training. In working station is only a standard Internet browser needed for this purpose. Human professional runs with MS WIN NT 2000 or higher and MS SQL server 7.0 or higher. It is also available in MS ACCESS application.

Functions

• Authorization controlled user interface adjustable either in German or in English
• Saves seminar offers and reservations of the participants for the cost planning and training planning
• Assistance in organisation of seminars based on the number of reservations
• Preliminary- and final costing of seminars with user-defined cost elements
• Training management and seminar hotel management
• Administrates concrete seminars with invitations and participant lists (per paper or e-mail)
• Saves and searches co-workers competences
• Management of projects and classification of participated employees together with their function
• Management of improvement themes/ideas e.g. suggestions
• Response to questions of employees about training and advanced training
