Extension of the seminar premises in the Hagenberg Castle

The Hagenberg Castle was the starting point of the whole Softwarepark, because the RISC (Research Institute for Symbolic Computation) was the first institute, which was located there. The castle is a symbol of historical roots and also a symbol of economical innovations in the field of international research. All the possibilities for the castle as a congress and conference place have not yet been fully utilized. The castle still has some unused historical built volume that can be utilized through constructing additional conference and seminar rooms. That can considerably increase the attractiveness of Software Park and Hagenberg and also re-emphasize the role of the castle as a center place.
