NFC 2011 – 4th Congress on Near Field Communication

Von 22. bis 23. Februar veranstaltet das NFC Research Lab der FH in Hagenberg wieder den Near Field Communication (NFC) Kongress. Der Kongress ist der Top-Event für NFC in Zentral- und Ost-Europa. NFC ist die kontaktlose Übertragungstechnologie, durch die Handys zu Schlüsseln, Geldbörsen oder Skipässen werden.

Der Kongress bietet heuer zusätzlich zur "Business and Applications Conference" wieder einen "Developer and Scientific Workshop".

Developer and Scientific Workshop
The 3rd International Workshop on Near Field Communication is held as part of the 4th NFC Congress. This workshop covers the entire technological area,  from RF & hardware related topics, smartcards approaches, security, applications and services, business processes, to usability and user experience. It aims to provide a forum for a full and detailed discussion of the research issues of Near Field Communication as an integrative concept that covers hardware, software, security, usability and different fields of applications.

NFC2011 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Austria Section.
