Land for building still available around the Softwarepark Hagenberg!

OÖ Bauland AG acquired already 10 years ago approx. 16 hectares of land to ensure a efficient and diversified development of Softwarepark Hagenberg together with the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences and student dormitories/residential buildings.

Actual areas available:

- approx. 3,3 ha mixed building areas (directly bordering Softwarepark area)
- approx. 0,7 ha village area (in land utilisation plan not yet stated)
