Education in Hagenberg
Thanks to their close links with schools and universities, which attract highly qualified students and graduates, the institutes and companies based at the Softwarepark have access to skilled professionals from a wide range of IT sectors, such as medical and bioinformatics, mobile computing, software engineering and digital arts.
The University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Hagenberg Campus, is the second-largest provider of computer science graduates in the whole of Austria. Its eleven bachelor’s and twelve master’s degree programmes focus entirely on computer science, communication and media. More than 1,700 students are shaping the digital future at the Hagenberg Software Park.
